CLAIMING A PATIENT SPOT
Patient slots are limited and vary on a daily basis. Please arrive early enough to claim a slot for the day – Clinic doors will open at 7:30 am with patient screening/check-in beginning at 8 am. If you are given an afternoon slot, you will be allowed to leave and come back at 12:45 pm for your slot. We do not take any morning patients after 10 am and stop taking afternoon patients at 3 pm.
We do not provide appointments for primary care as we are a walk-in clinic.

Make sure you qualify for our services - you cannot have any health coverage (insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, VA, etc.) and your annual household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. If you qualify, please bring the appropriate documentation and arrive to claim your slot. You will be screened by Clinic staff or volunteers.
Please note that we are a walk-in clinic - we do not make appointments for primary care; appointments are made for specialty care.

You will be permitted to see a provider, but medications from our on-site pharmacy will not be dispensed until all paperwork is received and verified. You will not be permitted to see a provider nor will any specialty appointments be scheduled until all paperwork is received and verified.

You will be referred to one of our hospital partners. Prisma Health and MUSC both require application and certification before an appointment will be scheduled. Lexington Medical Center will require application and certification after the procedure.
